We were just sitting around at work, writing software, when the Suit came over and said why don’t you guys form a band so that we can have some free entertainment at our Christmas party?  So we did.  And all our spouses and significant others and life partners (not that there’s anything wrong with it) loved us.  This in spite of the fact that they lived with us. So, we thought let’s call ourselves the Failed Mergers, which was very funny until the merger failed.  Then, it just sounded negative.  So, we thought, let’s call ourselves Tender Offers.  Nobody can think that’s negative.  And it was positive.
	Jordie Smits Vocals, vocals and more vocals... oh, and some keys Reigning from the region of Niagara, this powerhouse vocalist has been enchanting the masses since the tender age of six. Her unmistakeable sound captivated crowds all over Niagara when she toured with the rock and roll sensation “Roundtrip”. This vivacious voice will definitely leave you begging for more.
	Dean Maloney Drums and percussion and guitars and mandolins and bodhrans and... show off... The pride of Corner Brook, Newfoundland – who else could make such a claim?!
	Yves Valiquette Guitars Yves hails from the Nickel City where he graced the stage with many a band like X-Rated, Rapid Fire, Down N' Out, Small Paradise and SeasonStream. His roots are solidly planted in the rock, metal and blues tones that can only come from the crater of Rock - Sudbury. Influences? Nigel Tufnel, Kyle Gass, Jemaine Clement and "Kevin from Denver".
	Peter Trinz Bass, Accordion (not kidding) Used to terrorize the eastern seaboard for years with The Parts, then settled down in Montreal for a stint with The Three Guys / Les Trois Gars. In spite of taking a few years off to relax, this is a punk rocker that really didn’t age very well. This is a lesson to all you kids out there: get some sleep and eat your vegetables!
